1. Data We Collect
We collect information you provide (name, email, phone, address) and information related to bookings, reports, and payments. We also collect a device push-notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) to send booking and payment notifications.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide lab booking services, coordinate sample collections, generate reports, and provide customer support.
3. Who We Share Data With
We share only what each service needs to function:
• Partnered labs and their staff/phlebotomists — your name, phone number, collection address, selected tests and reports, to fulfill your booking.
• BulkSMSPlans (SMS gateway) — your mobile number and the message text, to deliver OTP and booking SMS.
• Cashfree Payments — your user ID, phone number and, if provided, name and email, to create and process your payment order.
• Firebase/Google Cloud Messaging — a device push-notification token and device identifiers, to deliver app notifications.
• Email (our configured SMTP mail provider) — your email address, name and message content, for OTP, booking confirmations and invoices.
4. Data Retention
Booking, payment, invoice and report records are retained after an account is deleted; no fixed retention period has been set yet.
5. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
