Delete from inside the app
- Open the Sariraka app and go to Profile.
- Tap the settings gear (top right).
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your personal details are removed and you are signed out immediately. If you have an active booking, cancel or complete it first — the app will tell you if this applies.
Delete by email
If you can't access the app, email support@sariraka.com from the email address or phone number linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and confirm once it is done.
What is removed and what is kept
Deleting your account removes your name, contact details, saved addresses, family member profiles, notification and support history, and sign-in credentials.
Records of completed bookings, payments, invoices and lab reports are retained because they are financial and medical records the platform and labs are required to keep. Personal notes and addresses attached to those bookings are removed. An anonymised audit record of the deletion itself is also kept.
